Description

We are hiring for our client for a Construction Manager / Project Coordinator to join a growing and well-established construction business delivering high-quality projects across a range of sectors. This is an excellent opportunity for a Construction Project Coordinator looking to gain broad project exposure and develop within a supportive and fast-paced environment.

The successful Construction Project Coordinator will work closely with directors, site teams, engineers, and clients to support projects from pre-construction through to completion.

  • The Role

    * Assist with the planning, coordination and delivery of construction projects* Support project scheduling, procurement and programme management* Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and site teams* Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or delays* Prepare project documentation, reports and meeting notes* Attend site meetings and support operational project activities* Assist with health & safety and quality compliance across projects* Provide general coordination and administrative support to the wider team

    The Person

    * Previous experience within the construction industry preferred* Strong organisational and communication skills* Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment* Proactive approach with strong attention to detail* Good Microsoft Office and project software skills* Understanding of construction processes and health & safety requirements* Construction-related qualification advantageous but not essential
