Night Engagement & Reentry Support Worker

Social Interest Group is seeking a Night Engagement Worker based in Catford to provide support to individuals within the Offender Personality Disorder Housing Accommodation. This role focuses on rehabilitation and reintegration of residents from criminal justice backgrounds. As a Night Engagement Worker, you will create person-centred support plans, ensure resident wellbeing, and engage residents in community activities.

The position requires a female due to the nature of the service, and involves a shift pattern of 37.5 hours per week, including weekends and bank holidays.
