Role

Hands‑on role within a growing disputes team, providing exposure to a broad and varied caseload across all aspects of commercial litigation.

Caseload

• Contractual disputes (including breach of contract and enforcement matters)
• Shareholder and partnership disputes
• Director and boardroom disputes
• Debt recovery and enforcement actions
• Bankruptcy and corporate insolvency matters
• Professional negligence claims
• Misrepresentation and fraud‑related disputes
• Injunctive relief applications
• Contentious matters arising from supply chain, logistics and distribution arrangements
• Disputes within regulated sectors

Responsibilities

• Have a minimum of 2 years post‑qualified experience (PQE)
• Be technically strong with sound procedural knowledge
• Display confidence managing matters independently
• Demonstrate strong client care and commercial awareness
• Be motivated by growth and the opportunity to play a key role in a scaling practice
