Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute test and qualification plans to verify product performance.
- Conduct both theoretical analysis and hands‑on testing activities.
- Interpret technical requirements and manage system verification documentation.
- Analyse test results, produce technical reports and support design improvements.
- Identify and implement process improvements within engineering practices.
- Collaborate across multi‑disciplinary teams to deliver projects on time and to specification.
Key Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering (or related discipline).
- 3–5 years’ experience in an engineering/industrial environment.
- Experience of product testing, qualification or systems verification – advantageous.
- Strong foundation in mechanical engineering principles and engineering analysis.
- Skilled in AutoCAD (2D & 3D).
- Excellent analytical, communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Passion for continuous improvement and a safety‑first mindset.
