What You’ll Be Doing
- Meeting new clients and building long-term relationships.
- Designing and delivering holistic financial plans.
- Building long-term client relationships and generating new client opportunities.
- Converting prospective clients into lasting relationships.
- Working collaboratively with paraplanners and administrators to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
- Mentoring and supporting team members as the business grows.
- Continuously improving how we deliver advice.
Qualifications
- Have at least three years’ experience operating as a Financial Planner within an independent advice firm.
- Are Diploma qualified (DipPFS) as a minimum, with Chartered progression expected.
- Have a track record of building client relationships and converting opportunities into long-term clients.
- Believe in holistic financial planning rather than product-led advice.
- Take ownership of outcomes and focus on solutions.
- Want to build something meaningful, not simply maintain an existing client book.
- Enjoy collaborating and contributing to a strong team culture.
- Take a long-term approach to clients and your own career.
