Rare and exciting partnership role in commercial litigation in Bristol requiring no following.
Our client is a well-established law firm and home to an exceptional commercial disputes practice. The team handles high value commercial litigation on behalf of diverse clients including listed corporates and PLCs, owner managed enterprises and investors.
For strategic and succession reasons, the firm is keen to appoint a commercial litigation partner as a key member of their already very successful disputes practice. The firm has a strong and consistent throughput of quality work and can provide a new incumbent with a soft landing and the opportunity to get busy straight away.
Joining a heavyweight team with such deep expertise in all facets of commercial litigation, mediation, adjudication and dispute resolution is an opportunity to be part of one of the leading lights in the South West when it comes to high value disputes work.
Key qualifications and experience required:
- Exceptional technical expertise in commercial disputes, typically including a background in running commercial contract, shareholder or partnership disputes work.
- Approximately 10 years PQE (guide only).
- Ability to develop strong and sustainable client relationships, be outward‑facing, commercial and strategic in approach and client‑led.
