National Business Development Manager – B2B Sales
Join a high-growth B2B services provider specialising in online auctions and surplus asset recovery for public and private sector clients. Our client helps organisations turn surplus equipment, furniture, and technology into revenue—while supporting sustainability goals.
As National Business Development Manager, you’ll lead on securing major accounts across the UK, focusing on FTSE 100/FT1000 companies, manufacturers, and large institutions. This is a strategic, full-cycle sales role ideal for a results-driven professional with a strong commercial mindset.
What You’ll Do
- Prospect, pitch, and close new national business deals
- Build relationships with senior decision-makers across multiple sectors
- Manage your own sales pipeline and performance
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth delivery
- Represent the brand at client meetings and industry events
What You’ll Need
- 3+ years in B2B sales, with experience closing high-value deals
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Background in asset management, auctions, logistics, or services a plus
- Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and confident in autonomous roles
