Role Description
This is a contract-based hybrid role for a Director of Sales and Business Development located in the London Area, United Kingdom, with flexibility for some remote work. The role entails driving sales and business growth, planning and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, overseeing daily sales operations, and leading a team to achieve targets. The candidate will be instrumental in identifying new business opportunities, expanding the company’s market presence, and maintaining the brand’s reputation for excellence in the luxury fragrance industry.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Sales, Sales Operations, and achieving measurable sales results
- Strong Customer Service skills with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Experience in Team Management with effective leadership and collaboration abilities
- Proficient in Business Development, including identifying growth opportunities and creating strategies to expand market presence
- Experience in luxury goods, retail, or fragrance industries is a significant advantage
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work in a hybrid model with some in-office presence in London
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
