Information Technology Security Analyst

£65,000 – £90,000 + equity | 5 days on-site

Let’s be upfront: this is 5 days in the office, on-call, and not a 9-6 job. No flexibility on that. If that works for you, here’s the role:

A YC-backed AI company (eight-figure ARR) is hiring their founding IT & Security person. You’ll work directly with the CTO and own everything – Mac/Jamf device management, Google Workspace, ISO 27001/SOC 2, and customer-facing SSO (SAML/OIDC) for enterprise deals. No handoffs. You build it, you own it.

The role

• Own device management across a Mac fleet (Jamf) + Google Workspace
• Build and run ISO 27001 & SOC 2 Type 2 compliance programmes
• Handle security questionnaires from enterprise prospects
• Design the systems and workflows as the business scales

You’ll need

• 3-6 years hands-on IT experience (startup experience a big plus)
• Mac/Jamf and Google Workspace admin
• Compliance mindset – someone who builds processes, not just ticks boxes
• SSO/SAML/OIDC experience preferred
