We’re looking for a friendly, organised and reliable Customer Service & Marina Administrator to join our team at Brundall Gardens Marina. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, customer interaction and helping keep a busy marina running smoothly.
What you’ll do
- Be the first point of contact for customers and boaters
- Manage mooring enquiries, renewals and agreements
- Handle bookings, emails, calls and general office admin
- Support our holiday cottage bookings (SuperControl)
- Coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping teams
- Keep our records, payments and systems organised
- Provide excellent customer service every day
What we’re looking for
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Positive, helpful attitude
- Able to use booking systems, spreadsheets and email confidently
- Calm and reliable under pressure
- Enjoys working as part of a small friendly team
Hours
Full-time, permanent (Mon–Fri with occasional flexibility)
