Customer Service Advisor Hanningfield, CM3 8BD£14.62 per hour Full Time, temporary role 3-6 months. About the RolePertemps are recruiting on behalf of Essex & Suffolk Water for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Advisor. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team where you’ll play a key role in ensuring customers receive timely assistance with water leak issues. Key ResponsibilitiesProactively contact customers who have previously reported water leaksCheck in to confirm whether issues have been resolvedProvide clear guidance and support to customers on resolving minor leaks where appropriateEscalate unresolved issues by raising tickets for engineering teamsAccurately update customer records and maintain detailed notes of interactionsDeliver excellent customer service with empathy and professionalism at all times What We’re Looking ForPrevious experience in a customer service role (contact centre experience desirable)Strong communication skills, both verbal and writtenA problem-solving mindset with the ability to guide customers through solutionsGood attention to detail and administrative skillsComfortable using multiple systems and updating records in real timeA positive, team-oriented attitude…
