Stephen James Consulting is working on behalf of one of our clients in the search for a Learning & Development Business Partner.
This is a national role, offering remote working with travel across the UK, along with regular meetings in Leeds.
This role will play a key part in supporting the development of colleagues across a multi-site care and education organisation, driving learning initiatives that improve performance, engagement, and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Designing and delivering learning and development programmes across operational and support teams
- Supporting leadership development and succession planning across the organisation
- Partnering with senior stakeholders to identify training needs and implement effective solutions
- Driving a culture of continuous learning and professional development
- Supporting onboarding, induction, and development pathways
- Evaluating training effectiveness and using data to improve learning outcomes
Qualifications
- Experience in a Learning & Development or Organisational Development role
- Experience working within a multi-site or regulated environment
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience designing and delivering training programmes
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach
