Mandatory: P&C Insurance domain experience

Required Skills & Experience

• Business Analysis: Minimum 10 years of experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation
• Project Management: Minimum 5 years of experience in managing projects, planning resources, and delivery oversight
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in running workshops and facilitating cross-functional discussions
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Ability to work independently and lead initiatives with minimal supervision
