Required Skills & Experience
- Business Analysis: Minimum 10 years of experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation
- Project Management: Minimum 5 years of experience in managing projects, planning resources, and delivery oversight
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in running workshops and facilitating cross-functional discussions
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Ability to work independently and lead initiatives with minimal supervision
