We are excited to advertise for an Office Assistant / Executive Support.
This is an office based role, Monday to Friday, in Elkstone, Gloucestershire (GL53). Our office hours are 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Thursday and 9am to 5pm on Friday.
The Office Assistant will provide high-quality administrative and operational support across the business, reporting to the Executive Assistant & Office Manager. In addition to office coordination responsibilities, this role will provide structured executive support to senior stakeholders as required.
This position plays a critical role in ensuring operational efficiency while allowing the Front of House team to focus entirely on hospitality excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Office Operations
- Data entry, filing and documentation management
- Support project work as directed by the Office Manager
- Provide general administrative support to internal teams
- Post management and courier coordination
- Daily banking responsibilities
- Stationery and consumables ordering as advised by Front of House
- Invoice processing and expense support
- Travel and accommodation booking
- Support health & safety processes
- Support health & safety processes (training provided)
- Act as First Aider and Fire Marshal (training provided)
- Assist with meeting technology setup (Zoom/MS Teams)
- Diary management support (as directed)
- Coordinating meetings and scheduling
- Preparing meeting packs and documentation
- Assisting with board or senior stakeholder preparation
- Drafting basic correspondence where required
- Managing confidential information appropriately
- Acting as cover during EA absence
Tech Stack (Current & Expected Competency)
- IT literate with a good working knowledge of all Microsoft programmes and setting up Zoom/MS Teams Calls
Skills & Experience
- Experience in a busy office environment
- Strong organisational skills
- High attention to detail
- IT literate
- Reliable and proactive
You will require to hold a full driving licence with access to a vehicle insured for business use
