Senior Resource Manager – Litigation & Dispute Resolution
A leading law firm is recruiting a Senior Resource Manager to play a pivotal role within a growing Resource Management function, supporting a busy Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice.

The role
As Senior Resource Manager, you will:
- Lead work allocation and utilisation across Litigation & Dispute Resolution, ensuring matters are resourced fairly, efficiently and in line with individual expertise
- Act as a trusted, neutral point of contact between Partners, Associates and HR, balancing client demands with internal capability
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, influencing decisions through insight, credibility and commercial awareness
- Use utilisation data and forecasting to anticipate capacity pressures and proactively manage resourcing challenges
- Provide Partners with clear reporting on utilisation, trends and future capacity
- Support the development of fee‑earners by aligning work opportunities with experience, career goals and development needs
- Drive continuous improvement of resourcing processes, championing best practice across the practice area
- Contribute to the wider resource management strategy, helping advance the firm’s long‑term objectives
About you
