About the Role
Due to rapid growth, we’re expanding our Business Development team. This role is ideal for a registered professional (e.g., nurse, OT, PT) or someone with proven experience in complex care — such as continuing healthcare, home-based complex care, rehabilitation, or neurorehabilitation.
You’ll play a key role in building and managing relationships with commissioners, winning new care packages, and overseeing their mobilisation. This is a sales‑driven position (approximately 75% sales / 25% project management) with a strong focus on delivering high‑quality, person‑centred care through collaborative partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full sales cycle — from identifying opportunities to securing and mobilising care packages
- Build and maintain strong relationships with commissioners and other key stakeholders
- Promote HFH Healthcare through strategic marketing, networking, and presentations
- Manage and support service mobilisation in collaboration with clinical and operational teams
- Conduct competitor and market analysis to support strategic decision‑making
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and reporting system
- Attend and contribute to commissioner, MDT, and family meetings
- Support the development of proposals, pricing, and bid submissions

- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
Desirable
