Program Manager

Location: Corsham, Wiltshire (Hybrid – 3 days on-site)

Clearance: DV Cleared (active and transferable required)

Duration: 12 months initial

Overview

Tektora are supporting a key defence programme requiring a proven Programme Manager to lead a secure infrastructure transformation across multiple classified environments. You’ll oversee delivery through structured governance, stakeholder alignment, and technical programme control.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of large-scale infrastructure transformation programmes within secure environments
• Manage multi-disciplinary teams, suppliers, and delivery partners to tight milestones
• Drive stakeholder engagement across MOD and prime contractor interfaces
• Maintain governance, RAID, and financial oversight across workstreams
• Deliver clear reporting into senior leadership and programme boards

Requirements

• Active DV Clearance
• Proven experience managing secure or defence-based technology programmes
• Background in infrastructure, network, or security delivery beneficial
• Excellent communication and governance documentation skills
