- Support attendance and punctuality initiatives, strengthening family partnerships.
- Work with the inclusion and pastoral teams to ensure vulnerable pupils receive high quality support.

- Oversee assessment systems, ensuring accuracy and effective monitoring of progress.
- Analyse outcomes, identify gaps and coordinate impactful interventions.
- Work with the SENCO to secure inclusive, high-quality provision for SEND, EAL and other needs.
