About the Role

As Registered Manager, you’ll lead the day-to-day operations of a regulated care service, ensuring compliance, safety, and outstanding support for individuals with complex needs. You’ll manage and mentor a team of Deputy Managers, Team Leaders, and Senior Support Workers, fostering a culture of compassion, professionalism, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day operations of a regulated care service




• Ensure safe, person-centered care that meets CQC standards




• Supervise and develop Deputy Managers and frontline staff




• Manage budgets, staffing, and resource allocation




• Monitor quality through audits, training, and digital systems




• Build external partnerships to support referrals and placements




• Promote staff development and maintain sector knowledge
