Construction Director / Projects Director – High-End Residential London & Surrey | £90k–£150k (inclusive of bonus)
A respected high end residential main contractor is looking for an experienced Construction Director / Projects Director to lead delivery across London, Surrey, and Hampshire.
The business is a privately owned SME with a turnover of around £20m, delivering super prime refurbishments and bespoke new builds. The company is now entering a phase of steady expansion and succession planning, offering a genuine long-term opportunity for a senior professional to help shape the next stage of its development.
Projects are a mix of negotiated and competitive tendered work, with a strong pipeline of repeat business and a focus on quality and client satisfaction.
Oversee delivery of multiple high end residential projects. Lead, mentor, and support project and site management teams. Ensure programme, quality, and financial objectives are achieved. Work closely with the Directors on business planning, resourcing, and future growth.
Proven track record delivering prime or super-prime residential projects . Commercial awareness and an interest in contributing to company growth and structure.
90k–£150k (inclusive of bonus, depending on experience)~ Pension and benefits package commensurate with seniority
