What You’ll Achieve

All while gaining hands‑on industry experience, developing professional engineering skills, and earning a salary throughout.
What You’ll Be Doing
Technical & Practical Experience
Assist with assembly, maintenance, repair, and testing of engineering systems and equipment
Carry out diagnostics and fault‑finding activities
Support engineering improvements and project work
Use tools, machinery, and specialist test equipment safely and effectively
Maintain accurate technical documentation and records
Learning & Development
Attend college/training sessions and complete coursework
Rotate across departments to broaden your knowledge
Learn to interpret engineering drawings and specifications
Gradually build the skills and confidence to work independently
