Here at Blueprint, we are looking for an experienced Revit MEP Coordinator to join a well-established engineering consultancy, in a permanent position. The successful candidate will be based form our client’s London office whilst working on a variety of large-scale commercial and residential projects, with a team of skilled engineers and other professionals.
– Competitive salary ranging from £45,000-£55,000 (depending on experience).

Responsibilities:
-Develop and manage coordinated MEP models for a variety of projects using Revit and Navisworks software.
-Collaborate with engineers and design teams to deliver clash-free designs with complete accuracy.
-Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve design issues.
-Maintain model accuracy, compliance, and version control.
What We Are Looking For:
-Qualification in building services, BIM, and/or engineering, is desirable.
-Proven experience as a Revit MEP Coordinator or similar role.
-Strong proficiency in using Revit with an understanding of BIM standards and clash detection tools, such as Navisworks.
-Solid understanding of MEP systems.
-Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
