Interim People & OD Partner: Leadership Development Lead

Brunel University London is seeking an experienced Interim People and OD Partner to lead priority organisational and workforce development projects.

This fixed-term role (up to 9 months) offers hybrid working, London weighting, a full-time schedule, and a chance to shape leadership development, culture change, and talent pipelines across the University.
