Solicitor or Associate – Commercial – Bristol – Hybrid
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Solicitor or Associate to join a dynamic Bristol based law firm, looking to expand its team. The role offers a broad mix of high‑quality commercial contract work alongside exposure to intellectual property matters, providing variety and genuine development potential. The successful candidate will have a minimum of two years PQE and demonstrate strong technical expertise, commercial awareness and a passion for supporting clients across multiple sectors.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts for diverse clients.
- Advise on intellectual property matters including licensing and brand protection strategies.
- Build strong client relationships and deliver commercially focused solutions.
- Collaborate with colleagues to support business development and growth initiatives.
Qualifications
The successful candidate will have a minimum of two years PQE and demonstrate strong technical expertise, commercial awareness and a passion for supporting clients across multiple sectors.
