Commercial Property Solicitor – Hybrid | East Midlands | Career Progression

Salary: £40,000 – £60,000 DOE

Location: Hybrid working, with weekly presence in Grantham one day a week

Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload across a mix of commercial and residential property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leases and development work.
• Be involved in transactions from instruction through to completion.
• Support colleagues and contribute to business development and client growth.
• Operate with autonomy to work independently within a collaborative team environment that supports progression and long‑term development.

About You

• You are a qualified Solicitor with solid experience in Commercial Property, ideally with some exposure to residential conveyancing.
• You’re confident managing your own caseload, delivering high standards of client care and communicating effectively with clients and stakeholders.
• You’re commercially aware, organised and motivated to develop your career within a supportive and ambitious team.
• You’ll be based in the East Midlands and able to attend the Grantham office weekly.
