Part Time Administrator
Immediate Start
- Salary: £30k pro rota
- Hours: 15hrs a week (Wednesday to Friday inclusive 9.00am to 2.00pm OR Thursday and Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm with an hour for lunch)
- Office based role
- Location: Near Farnham (free parking available)
A leading consultancy based near Farnham is seeking an experienced Part Time Administrator.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing programme of work for one of major client requiring meticulous attention to detail
- General administration including electronic filing of reports and correspondence
- Dealing with customers and industry associates at all levels with professionalism, courtesy and efficiency
- Managing and prioritising telephone calls
- Working as part of the administrative team dealing with client enquiries and projects and general administration
Skills & Experience Required
- Educated to A level or equivalent, degree preferred
- At least three years of experience, preferably working in a corporate, commercial environment
- Strong PC skills – ability to use Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and databases and SharePoint
- Articulate and numerate with excellent communication skills (spoken and written English)
- An approachable personality with a willingness to tackle a range of jobs
- Ability to prioritise own workload and balance numerous tasks
- Touch typing
- Excellent attention to detail
- Car driver essential (due to rural location of the office)
