Permanent Internal Sales Administrator required for Lisburn.
Duties will include:
- Processing telephone and email enquiries from customers and trade professionals
- Generate sales quotations and sales orders
- Outbound telephone sales promoting existing and new products
- Liaise with customers to inform them of any discrepancies or stock availability issues, find suitable alternative products and upsell when possible
- Create and review sales report analysis as required
- Internal sales support to field sales representatives
- Provide product and after sales support to customers, trade professionals and end users
- Dealing with customer price and invoice queries
- Provide copy PODs and invoices
- Represent the company at industry trade shows and marketing events
Essential Criteria:
- Previous sales/customer service experience require within the plumbing, heating or bathroom industry.
- A good technical understanding of plumbing products, bathroom installations or trade counter environments would be an advantage
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)Ability to liaise well with all stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction
- Be a strong team player and can work on own initiative
- Pleasant and professional telephone manner
- A high level of organisational skills & the ability to multi-task
- A desire to learn about our suppliers, products, customers and systems
- Strong interpersonal skills to work with management and staff at all levels
- Deal with aftersales queries in a friendly professional manner
Hours of Work: Monday Thursday : 8.30am 5.00 pm & Friday: 8.30am 4.00 pm
Salary: £27,000 – £30,000 per annum DOE
