What You’ll Be Doing

Driving New Business

  • Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective B2B clients across Ireland, the UK, and Europe
  • Pitch our fuel solutions with confidence, clarity, and genuine enthusiasm
  • Identify decision-makers and build rapport that opens doors

Winning Deals

  • Handle objections like a pro and turn “maybe” into “yes”
  • Secure appointments, close sales, and grow your pipeline
  • Consistently meet and exceed your individual sales targets

Taking Ownership

  • Source your own leads when needed and actively hunt for new opportunities
  • Work smart, stay motivated, and keep your momentum going

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

  • At least 1 year of outbound sales or cold calling experience you’ve done this before and you’re ready to level up
  • Excellent communicator persuasive, confident, and comfortable on the phone
  • Positive and resilient rejection doesn’t faze you; it fuels you
  • Target-driven mindset you love the chase and the close in equal measure
  • Comfortable working independently while thriving in a supportive team environment
