Sales Administrator. First Choice Selection Services are seeking a Sales Administrator to join our Belfast Recruitment team.
Working alongside our General Division Recruitment Team Duties will include.
Liaising with Temporary Workforce around Work Availability
Client Liaison on Recruitment requirements
Maintaining Computerised Client and Applicant Records
Preparing Staff Profiles
Updating Job Vacancies Trackers Daily
Marketing Emails and Activity
Monitoring Client Requirements
Assisting Consultants on daily Basis.
Applicants will have had experience in a business to business environment. Be customer orientated and have strong admin skills. ability to work to deadlines and attention to detail are essential.
Hours
8.45am to 5pm Daily
Monthly Pay
30 days annual Holidays including stat Days ( Year runs January to December )
