As our London business continues to scale, we are looking to appoint a Recruitment Consultant to join the team. We are interested in speaking with experienced recruiters seeking a more sophisticated platform, as well as high-potential individuals early in their career who demonstrate strong commercial acumen and ambition.

Whether you are already managing a successful desk or looking to transition into a specialist finance search environment, you will be supported with the infrastructure, training, and market positioning to build a leading practice.

Commercial Ownership: You take responsibility for building and developing your market. You can identify opportunity, act decisively, and deliver results.
Credible Relationship Building: You are comfortable engaging with senior finance professionals and C-suite stakeholders, building long-term, trust-based relation
Business Development Capability: You approach origination in a structured and thoughtful way, identifying client challenges and delivering tailored solutions using technology to your advantage but keeping the human element in all that you deliver.
