ReQuire is recruiting on behalf of a successful and established UK manufacturer seeking an experienced Warehouse & Logistics Manager to lead its warehousing, inventory and distribution operations.

The opportunity
You’ll be responsible for:
- Leading all warehouse and logistics operations
- Managing inventory accuracy and stock control
- Overseeing inbound and outbound transport activities
- Driving efficiency, service levels and continuous improvement initiatives
- Managing warehouse systems and operational KPIs
- Ensuring compliance with health & safety and quality standards
- Developing and motivating a high-performing team
About you
We’re looking for someone with:
- 5+ years’ warehouse and logistics management experience
- Manufacturing, engineering or industrial sector experience
- Strong ERP and WMS knowledge
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- A proactive, hands-on approach with a focus on continuous improvement
