The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Immigration Associate to join the firm’s highly regarded Immigration team. The successful candidate will work on a diverse range of matters, including business immigration, strategic advisory for high-net-worth clients, and complex visa and citizenship applications. The role offers exposure to both corporate and private client work, and the chance to collaborate with experts across complementary practice groups.

What They’re Looking For

  • 2-5 years’ post-qualification experience in immigration law at an international law firm
  • Demonstrable experience advising on work-based visa categories and sponsor licence compliance
  • Strong track record working with high-net-worth or ultra-high-net-worth clients
  • Excellent drafting, communication, and organisational skills
  • Ability to provide strategic advice and manage a varied caseload
  • Team player with leadership qualities and a proactive mind-set
