An award-winning building contractor is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee the delivery of residential, commercial and education projects across Northern Ireland.

The Role:

You will manage multiple projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple live construction projects
• Lead and support Site Managers and project teams
• Oversee programmes, budgets and project performance
• Manage subcontractors and client relationships
• Ensure quality, health & safety and contractual compliance
• Work closely with commercial and design teams to deliver successful projects

About You:

• 10+ years’ construction experience
• Degree or equivalent in Construction, Civil Engineering or a related discipline
• Strong residential project experience
• Experience delivering commercial and education projects is desirable
• Knowledge of JCT, NEC, PCSA and Public Works Contracts
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Full UK driving licence
