Internal Sales Executive
Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 + commission
Hours: Monday to Friday | Early finish every Friday

We’re looking for an ambitious Internal Sales Executive to join a friendly, supportive team based in modern offices with excellent facilities. If you enjoy speaking to customers, identifying opportunities and seeing your efforts rewarded, this could be the perfect role.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively contact prospective and existing customers
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls
- Build long-term customer relationships
- Prepare and follow up quotations
- Negotiate and secure customer orders
- Manage your own sales pipeline using CRM
- Process purchase orders and update customer records
- Liaise with Customer Service and Finance to ensure smooth order fulfilment
- Achieve monthly sales and activity targets

- A confident and professional telephone manner
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive and target-driven approach
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- A positive attitude and a genuine passion for sales
