Associate Director – Land Development

We are looking for an Associate Director to join our growing Land Development team with a focus on supporting the growth of our team in South West England.

Role Overview

Our South West team delivers a mix of transport planning and highway design, including S38 / S278 design. The successful candidate will have strong experience in one or both of these works areas and will work across both private and public sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Technical Director for the South West team in managing project delivery.
• Manage staff, including the development of early careers colleagues as part of their Learning and Development.

Desired Qualifications

• Good connections with associated consultants, particularly town planners and architects.
• Potential to generate new opportunities of work and revenue.
