Construction (New Build) — Kirkby in Ashfield, Permanent

Salary: £55k – £65k plus car or allowance

The Role

• Number 1 Site manager on an £11m new build project
• Manage and enforce Health and Safety
• Quality monitoring
• Subcontractor management
• Manage day to day activity
• Programme management

The Person

• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certification
• Experience in new build commercial construction
• Steel frame new build experience
• Good communication skills
• IT literate
