Clinical Nurse Manager – Nursing Home Tywyn, Wales £55,000 – £60,000 per annum

We are recruiting for an experienced and compassionate Clinical Nurse Manager to join a well‑established nursing home in the beautiful coastal town of Tywyn, Wales. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong clinical leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional standards of nursing care while supporting and developing a dedicated care team.

The Role

• Lead and support the clinical and nursing team
• Ensure the highest standards of resident care are consistently delivered
• Oversee clinical governance, medication management, and care planning
• Support compliance with CIW regulations and internal quality standards
• Mentor, develop, and supervise nursing and care staff
• Work closely with senior management, residents, families, and healthcare professionals
• Promote a positive, safe, and person‑centred environment

Requirements

• Active NMC registration (RGN/RMN preferred)
• Previous experience within a nursing home setting
• Strong clinical leadership and management experienceExcellent knowledge of clinical compliance and safeguarding
• Passionate about delivering high‑quality elderly care
• Strong communication and organisational skills
