Mechanical Maintenance Engineer (Excellent Training and Progression)

Salary: £41,000 – £46,000 plus external technical training (Electrical and Mechanical), optional overtime at 1.5x, 20 days holiday, and life insurance.

Location: Factory based; commutable from Scunthorpe, Gainsborough, Lincoln, Louth, Sheffield and surrounding areas.

Shift pattern: 4 days on / 4 days off; 6 am‑6 pm or 6 pm‑6 am shifts.

Responsibilities

• General maintenance of a variety of machines, including PPM and RM maintenance.
• Shift-based working 4 on 4 off, 6‑6.
• Receive extensive technical training through in-house and external manufacturers.
• Work within a manufacturing facility with a team that offers training plans every six months.

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance engineering experience.
• Comfortable working in a shift-based role.
• Motivated by training and career progression opportunities.
