About the Role

Kinderland is a family‑run nursery in Croydon with a strong focus on high‑quality early years care. We are looking for a motivated Room Leader / Senior Early Years Practitioner to lead a preschool room and support the development of young children. The role offers opportunities for growth and future leadership responsibilities.

Qualifications & Experience

Applicants must hold a Level 3 qualification and have a good knowledge of the EYFS. Desired skills and experience include:

Location & Transport

The nursery is located in Croydon, with convenient access to East, South and West Croydon stations, as well as nearby tram stops and bus routes.

Safeguarding

We have designated Safeguarding Leads who coordinate child protection and welfare issues and are present during opening hours. All applicants will undergo enhanced DBS checks, thorough reference checks, an induction programme and a three‑month probation period. Ensuring the continual safeguarding of children is a central part of this role.
