We’re recruiting on behalf of our client, an award-winning, private equity-backed, multi-site organisation based in Cheadle, who are seeking an experienced Head of People to join their Senior Leadership Team.
This is a hands-on, commercially minded Head of People role focused on building the people engine that will support the organisation through its next phase of growth. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will play a key role in improving workforce stability, strengthening leadership capability, supporting acquisitions and creating the people infrastructure required to scale successfully.

Job Title: Head of People
Location: Cheadle, SK8
Contract: Permanent
Working Pattern: Hybrid – 1 day per week WFH during term time, 2 days per week WFH during school holidays
Salary: £75,000 per annum + OTE £82,000
Reporting To: CEO
Key Requirements:
• Proven multi-site leadership experience
• Previous M&A / acquisition integration experience
• Strong employee relations expertise
• Commercially minded and comfortable operating in a hands-on environment
• Experience building people processes and infrastructure within a growing organisation
