About the role
We are currently recruiting for aReceptionistto work 37.5 hours per week, at our College in Bedford. The successful candidate will provide reception and clerical support to Education Service and Day Services at the college.

About you
We are looking for someone who can receive visitors in a professional and friendly manner. You will have good computer skills, with a working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. The abilityto work on your own and as part of a team is essential. The successful applicant will have respect for confidentiality, discretion and sensitivity at all times.

- Ability to communicate well with Families, external professionals and people from wide ranging backgrounds
- Excellent organisation skills
- Good time management skills
- Ability to manage own workload effectively
