Job Overview
An opportunity has arisen in the People Data and Technology Team for a HR Systems Analyst to work on the Oracle PeopleCloud application.
In this role you will provide expert user acceptance testing, covering areas that impact Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Helpdesk, Ask HR, Talent and Learn modules. You’ll also be involved in testing Oracle Quarterly releases and new functionality being developed to improve the system, writing and running test scripts; identifying, managing and resolving defects.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert UAT testing covering Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Helpdesk, Ask HR, Talent and Learn modules.
- Test Oracle Quarterly releases and new features, write and run test scripts.
- Identify, manage and resolve defects, liaising with SMEs in People Data and Technology Team.
- Work with offshore team to update automated scripts for new functionality.
- Support other Teams (HR Administration, People Data & Technology) to ensure successful outcomes and share knowledge across the team.
About You
- Extensive experience, knowledge and understanding of HR Administration, Oracle PeopleCloud Application, HR policies and processes, including associated HR calculations (Absence, Core HR, Payroll, Maternity, Helpdesk, Learn).
- Excellent analytical mind with keen attention to detail.
- Problem-solver with a mathematical mindset.
- Excellent written and numerical communication skills.
- Self-motivated and able to handle sensitive data with utmost confidentiality and professionalism.

Work Arrangement and Location
This is a 12‑month secondment opportunity. The role is based at Nationwide House, Swindon, Wiltshire, SN38 1NW, GB. We offer a hybrid working approach – at least two days per week in the office, or 40% of working time if part‑time. Flexible working is available to help you perform at your best.
