The Shingle Master is looking for 2-3 Sales Consultants to help manage insurance claims for storm damage in the Triangle area. We offer comprehensive training within 3-5 days, so no prior experience is required.

Compensation & Benefits

• Weekly base salary plus commission
• Monthly and annual performance bonuses
• Annual company trip
• Typical annual salary $70k–$100k

Qualifications

• Comfortable with face‑to‑face customer interactions
• Capable of climbing a ladder to inspect a roof when necessary
• Reliable transportation
• Independent, self‑disciplined, and strong time‑management skills (you set your own schedule)
• Sales experience is a plus but not required
• Smartphone capable of taking photos and videos during home inspections

Responsibilities & Duties

• Inspect and document homes for storm damage
• Meet directly with homeowners after inspections to explain the claims process and obtain restoration agreements
• Create estimates and measure exterior damages
• Generate leads through marketing and outreach activities
