My client are a real success story having grown their business by 40% in the last year alone. They install platform lifts for a range of industries including the Education sector, the hospitality sector, care sector and industrial sectors. Products include platform lifts for people and goods and materials. Due to their continued growth they are looking to hire a sales executive to join their team.
Role Overview
The role of the Sales Executive will be to mainly react to incoming enquiries, go out and survey potential new and existing customer sites and produce quotes and proposals to convert these enquiries into sales. The company has configuration tools to make this process easier and full technical support and training will be given. You will work towards targets and be rewarded financially for your efforts with an uncapped bonus structure. You will be based in the office in Colchester for 50% of the time and the rest of the time outside, seeing customers anywhere in the South East; a company car is provided for field visits.
Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming enquiries.
- Survey potential new and existing customer sites.
- Produce quotes and proposals to convert enquiries into sales.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 12 months field sales experience.
- Experience selling a product or service that involves completing site surveys is preferred.
- Motivated and personable to deal with a wide range of customers.
