Immediate start
Shift: 0700-1600 Monday to Friday
Ongoing throughout summer with permanent opportunities available
JDR Recruitment are recruiting for HGV Class 2 HIAB driver to join our clients team based in Pontypridd.
About the Role: We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced HGV Class 2 HIAB Driver to join our growing team. This role involves the safe and efficient delivery of building materials using a HIAB crane, with experience on brick grab operations preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating a Class 2 vehicle with HIAB crane attachment
- Delivering bricks and construction materials to residential and commercial sites
- Conducting daily vehicle checks and ensuring compliance with safety regulations
- Providing excellent customer service on-site
- Completing delivery paperwork accurately
Requirements:
- Valid Class 2 (Category C) driving licence (Min 1 years experience)
- Valid HIAB licence (ALLMI or equivalent)
- CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
- Good understanding of health & safety practices
- Strong work ethic and reliability
