Job Description
This role is part of the Commissioning and Market Development Team within Adult Social Care and supports the delivery of projects within commissioning, market development and adult social care engagement, in collaboration with residents and carers. The role involves project input and management across existing work streams including engagement and co-production, commissioning, and both service / practice development. The role involves working closely with a wide range of people who use adult social care, including informal carers and seldom heard groups, to develop the existing structures that support inclusive participation.
About You
You will have experience of commissioning or project management within a health or social care environment. You will be confident and skilled in working with a wide range of people to engage and build trust with residents, carers and partner agencies. You will have excellent written communication skills with the ability to analyse and present complex information in plain English to a range of audiences. You will have the ability to work flexibly across a range of projects and initiatives, and the ability to balance office working alongside engagement at community sites throughout the Borough. We are particularly keen to hear from you if you also have lived experience of adult social care and / or disability.
