English Literature Graduate – £36,500 – Permanent Contract

A fantastic Secondary School in the Borough of Ealing is looking for an English Literature Graduate to start in September. This is a school‑based contract, directly employed via the School.

Salary & Terms: £36,500 per annum (range £27,500 – £36,500 depending on experience). Permanent contract, full time, term‑time only, based in the London Borough of Ealing.

Responsibilities

• Teach English to KS3-4 students.
• Specialise in your specialist subject (Chemistry, Biology or English).
• Team‑teach initially to ease you into the role.
• Deliver 1:1 and group sessions.
• Opportunity to enrol onto teacher training.

Qualifications

• Some previous experience working with children.
• A confident and enthusiastic personality.
• Strong academic background in English.
• A genuine passion for education – we strongly encourage applications from aspiring secondary teachers and those wishing to gain secondary school work experience.
