We are looking for an experienced and compassionate Contact Centre Coordinator to lead a busy Child Contact Centre service. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference, supporting children and families to build safe, positive relationships.

Lead and support a dedicated team of contact workers
Work with families facing complex and sensitive situations
Play a key role in safeguarding and risk management
Flexible working with some remote opportunities
Alternate weekend working (Saturday & Sunday)
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has experience in social care or working with families
- Is confident managing risk and safeguarding concerns
- Communicates effectively and leads with empathy
- Holds a Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Social Care (minimum)
