Location: Staplehurst, Kent

Job Type: Full-time | Permanent

Salary: £35,000 £40,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Additional Earnings: Bonus Scheme + Overtime Available

Operating Hours/ Shifts:

• Monday to Friday
• 08:00am 05:00pm
• Overtime opportunities available

Key Responsibilities:

• Use diagnostic equipment confidently and apply a systematic approach to identifying vehicle faults.
• Conduct detailed inspections of vehicle components to assess wear, damage, and replacement requirements.
• Carry out vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repairs to a high standard Conduct MOT testing where qualified (preferred but not essential).
• Road test vehicles to verify repairs and ensure full functionality.
• Provide clear and professional technical advice to customers.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to support repeat business and referrals. Work collaboratively with Service Reception and Workshop teams to maintain efficient workflow.
• Monitor stock levels of parts and workshop supplies Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
• Meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Stay up to date with vehicle technology and technical developments.
