Our highly successful and well established, multi-site Client, headquartered in Belfast, wish to recruit an HR Advisor for a 12 month Fixed Term Contract, to cover a maternity absence.

Offering an immediate start, the successful HR Advisor will join a high performing, collaborative HR team, providing expert HR support and guidance to employees and managers across the Group.

The Role:

  • Provide accurate advice to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Manage employee relations issues, including investigations, disciplinary procedures, and grievances, ensuring compliance with company policies and legislation.
  • Support the recruitment and onboarding process, performance management, and offboarding activities.
  • HR Records: Maintain accurate HR records, ensuring data confidentiality and compliance with GDPR.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives
  • Assist with the development of company policies and deliver HR training as required.

The Person:

  • CIPD qualified (or working towards)
  • Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in a generalist/advisory HR role
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment law.
  • Proven experience handling employee relations issues with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • Flexible to travel across sites and access to your own transport.
